Exhibition Preparation
Galleries and exhibition venues require artwork to be presented labelled
and ready for hanging. If you require assistance with framing, mounting or
labelling your work prior to submitting for exhibition, please feel free to
ask in good time. The group have tools, hanging materials and the use
of a mount cutter at your disposal upon request.
Pricing Your Work
These days exhibition organisers request that only paintings for sale can
be exhibited. While Leyland Artists do not charge a commission on sales some
venues can demand a fee of up to 20% of the sale price so do remember to
take this into account when pricing your work.

Since the accuracy of AI (Artificial Intelligence) has improved, newer
measures regarding copying and plagiarism have been adopted by galleries
and exhibition centres. We need to observe these to avoid problems when
displaying our work.
